The PSF35 Friction Driven Contact Coding Systems is a compact friction driven coding systems that is used to print the variable like B. No., MFG. DT., M.R.P. Rs., etc. on any flexible packaging materials.

Salient Features

Since it is friction drive, it does not require any electricity or pneumatics or hydraulics to operate it.

Printing is done at regular intervals on the substrate.

The printing is done by the printing drum. The motion of the drum is by the friction between the motion of the film and the Poly Urethane belts on the printing drum.

The PU belts ensure no slippage on the film.

Quick drying inks are suitable for all surfaces.

Rechargeable circular inking cartridge.

Operation

The PSF35 Friction driven coder consists of a printing drum driven by friction between the motion of the film and the PU belt on the drum. The speed of the coding machine depends on the speed of the parent machine. It can be used even at speed up to 100 mtrs/min. The printing is done at regular intervals and the interval depends on the number of stereos on the printing drum.

The inking system consists of a rechargeable inking cartridge. The cartridge is enclosed allowing the use of fast drying solvent-based inks for porous and non-porous surfaces.
